(1) Chairman’s Report:
The meeting reflected on the loss of our last Chairman and dear friend Richard Poynton, a true friend of Old Colwyn. Many messages were sent with fond memories of him. His funeral service was very well attended.

Problems with youths in the village Pellet gun used at Marine roundabout 16/17th April Vandalism in Wynn gardens Theft of tool & vandalism by youths at Ffordd y Graig allotments Breaking & entering by youths at Cartrefi store & building of ramps for jumps If members see anything, please report to police.
(4) Treasurer’s Report:
£1256.84 Made up of:- Events £376.70, Monty £595.00 OCRA £285.14 Plus monies from our councillor’s ward allowances for OCRA costs and Defibrillator maintenance. As a point of interest to members, the cost of running these monthly meetings is approximately £28.00 per session.
(5) Peulwys Fields:
A discussion was held on the consultation etc. Following the discussion, members requested an approximate date for the publication of the consultation as well as confirmation of how the public comments are sent to the inspectorate in Cardiff- Are they sent in full, or are they all summarised? A suggestion was put forward for residents to write to CCBC councillors prior to any planning meetings concerning the issue.

(7) Litter picking group/plan:
A new litter picking group is busy around the village on an almost daily basis. The village is looking noticeably cleaner, and thanks are given for their efforts. Volunteers have public liability insurance, use Town Council equipment and report collections to CCBC for retrieval. Issues with dog bins not being emptied was noted.

(9) Old Colwyn Community Centre:
Hoping to register as a charity and become the lease holder.
(10) Min Y Don Park:

Consider requesting/suggesting speed limit decrease from Penmaen head to Llandulas Jn 23 50mph?
(d) Policing:
